BRIDGES TO HOPE

Life is a journey; it can be messy and complicated.  Sometimes life throws you curve balls.  Maybe you lost your job, are going through a terrible break-up, experienced a traumatic event, or are struggling with depression for any number of reasons. Whatever the issue, talking and working through those challenges with a trusted and unbiased person can be of tremendous help. Sometimes just bouncing thoughts and ideas off a counselor can help more than you think.

Ready do something about it?  Stop struggling alone!  Counseling can help you identify the issues in your life and view them from a wider and deeper perspective, enabling you to better understand where the issues manifest from and what you can do through therapy practices, as well as on your own, to create a better quality of life.  Dealing with life issues can feel overwhelming at times, but breaking down the problems through therapy will make them much easier to manage.

ABOUT ME

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and have been practicing in the therapy community for the past 5+ years. I create a safe, comfortable environment to share and explore the thoughts and areas you want to work on.
